Shipping Worldwide
We ship to almost all counties of the world from Bangkok, Thailand
7 Days Return
If for any reason you do not like your product, you can return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide you the return address once you let us know.
Secure Payment
We accept payments by MasterCard and Visa. If you wish to pay using another method do get in touch with us.
When placing the order, a day of shipment is indicated. After the order has been placed, the same delivery time will also be stated on the order confirmation. It is therefore never possible that during the order, the shipping day on the website, is different than on the order confirmation.
All order placed for delivery in Thailand are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving the payment and may take unto 72 hours to deliver.
All international orders may take between 7-14 days for delivery.
If you have any complaint regarding your order please get in touch with us. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your item for another product.
Since we ship most items within 24 hours of receiving the order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible in case you wish to cancel the order. Once orders are shipped out, they can be canceled as a return on the buyers expense.
Unless otherwise stated on the product description, most of our items are made from natural gemstones. If the gems have been treated in any way, we will state it in the product description.
